WOC is not just a brand

it’s a movement, a safe space, and an empowering community created for women of color to embrace their natural beauty, confidence, and individuality. At its core, WOC  is dedicated to uplifting women navigating the challenges of societal beauty standards, particularly the 77% of Nigerian women who feel pressured to alter their natural skin tone.

Purpose

At  WOC, we believe every woman of color deserves to feel celebrated, confident, and unapologetically authentic. Our purpose is to create a movement that challenges harmful beauty standards and empowers women to embrace their natural selves—because beauty isn’t about conforming; it’s about confidence, health, and individuality.

Vision

We envision a world where women of color stand tall in their uniqueness, free from societal pressures to alter their natural beauty. A world where melanin-rich skin and textured hair are celebrated, nurtured, and represented in the beauty industry. At  WOC, we are driving this change, one woman, one conversation, and one solution at a time.

Mission

WOC exists to bridge the gap left by the beauty industry. We are committed to educating and equipping women of color with the tools and knowledge they need to prioritize their well-being and redefine beauty on their own terms. By advocating for clean, inclusive beauty practices and creating solutions tailored to the unique needs of melanin-rich skin and textured hair, we inspire self-love, confidence, and individuality.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

 Ozemoya Eunice (THE EO)

With a BSc in Biochemistry and a decade-long curiosity that began as a teenager, she’s been deeply invested in the science of skin from an early age. Her journey has been fueled not by funding, but by relentless personal research, lived experience, and an unwavering commitment to change the way women of color understand and treat their skin.

In addition to her work in skin health and education, She is also a brand strategist and media creative. Her approach combines science, storytelling, and visual identity to build brands and content that not only connect but convert thought into movement.

She founded WOC to be more than a brand. It is a space for unlearning, re-educating, and redefining beauty on our own.

“This is not just about skin. It’s about coming home to yourself”.
